CFO
Intro
At SCAI, we are looking for a strategic and analytical Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial planning, investment analysis and economic decision-making. The role goes beyond traditional finance. The CFO will play a key role in evaluating new automotive projects, preparing feasibility studies, understanding market dynamics and supporting SCAI’s long-term industrial and investment strategy.
Responsibilities
* Lead SCAI’s overall financial strategy, planning and budgeting. * Prepare and review comprehensive feasibility studies and financial models for automotive manufacturing, assembly and mobility projects. * Evaluate CAPEX, OPEX, profitability, cash flow, NPV, IRR, ROI, payback period and break-even points. * Develop Base, Upside and Downside financial scenarios. * Conduct market size, demand and market-entry analysis. * Perform competitor benchmarking and competitive landscape analysis. * Monitor macroeconomic trends, inflation, exchange rates, interest rates, taxation and regulatory developments. * Analyze automotive industry trends, pricing, localization and supply-chain economics. * Support investment decisions, partnerships, joint ventures and negotiations with international OEMs. * Prepare financial and investment reports for the CEO, Board and shareholders. * Manage cash flow, working capital, financing requirements and capital allocation. * Establish financial controls, reporting systems and KPI dashboards. * Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, consultants and government entities. * Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. MBA, CFA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is considered a strong advantage. Strong experience or knowledge in several of the following areas: * Corporate Finance & Financial Planning * Feasibility Studies * Financial Modeling * Investment Analysis * Market & Competitor Analysis * Economic and Industry Trend Analysis * Cash Flow & Working Capital Management * CAPEX / OPEX Planning * Valuation, NPV & IRR Analysis * Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis * Budgeting & Forecasting * Risk Management * Management Reporting * Advanced Excel and financial modeling tools Experience in automotive, manufacturing, industrial projects, investment funds or large infrastructure projects is highly preferred. You should be strategic, analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to translate complex financial and market information into clear executive decisions. Excellent English is required.
